How to Return Goods to Us |

Make a mistake on a Purchase? OnlyTOYS hopes that your toy selection is exactly what you wanted, but we know that mistakes or duplicates can occur. Each shipment from OnlyTOYS contains a packing list with a pre-addressed return label, should you need one. We accept LIKE NEW, unopened merchandise for credit to your charge card if returned to us within 14 days, but you must have an RMA. See Return Authorization. Merchandise that has been played with or is returned to us in a condition which is not resaleable, will not receive any refund. Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded unless OnlyTOYS made the shipping error. If your shipment received free shipping, or if your shipment was expedited at your request, you may incur a handling or restocking fee in addition to charges equal to all shipping expenses we incurred. Orders returned without an RMA, returns of incomplete merchandise, or returns past the 14 day credit period will be refused and returned to you, or if accepted may incur a handling or restocking fee as well as additional shipping expenses. Refused or undeliverable orders will be considered as orders returned without authorization You agree to these terms and conditions of sale as well as the noted charges when you authorize your initial purchase at OnlyTOYS. Give us a chance to fairly resolve any issue you may have by emailing us the details of your complaint, before you refuted the charges with your credit card company. If you refuse or dispute the charges, an additional processing fee (usually at least $25) will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any credit issued. items to avoid damage or breakage as a result of shipping. Should something
be broken due to shipping, please keep all shipping packaging until released

with complete and pertinent information within 5 days of receipt. If your
toy should arrive with hidden damage or broken, or break while playing
with it, it may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. OnlyTOYS
is not responsible for coverage of broken toys and we have no replacement
parts, manuals or instructions, but will assist you where possible in
contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement. As noted above,
give us a chance to help resolve any issue you may have by emailing
us the details of your complaint, before you refuted the charges with
your credit card company. OnlyTOYS works very hard to process and ship your order quickly. It may be impossible to cancel the order you approved, but OnlyTOYS will accept cancellation requests made by e-mail. If your order has not already been allocated, processed for shipping or receipted to the shipper, OnlyTOYS will authorize a cancellation of all or part of your order. This request must be made via email to our CANCELLATION of order dept via this link. Please do not call with this request as all requests must be received in writing or by email. If accepted, your cancellation request will be acknowledged by a reply email from OnlyTOYS advising you of the accepted and processed cancellation. If we incur special order fees, handling fees, packing expenses or shipping charges related to your order, these will be charged to the Credit Card you provided when you authorized the original order. If your order has shipped, a request to return rather than a cancellation request must be made. Refused orders will be considered as orders returned without authorization, and you will incur a handling or restocking fee (20% of merchandise cost) in addition to all shipping expenses. Of course if we are unable to fill your order within 30 days, you will be notified and we will request an extension. You are hereby notified that items noted as SPECIAL ORDER ONLY or PREORDERED ITEMS may have a significant delay as they are not in our stocks and must be acquired from our sources. Cancellations of a SPECIAL ORDER ONLY item or order will be accepted, but you be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee, which will be applied to your charge card. OnlyTOYS will, upon email request, issue a RMA number to be noted on the outside of your returning package. Merchandise shipped back to us without this approval number will be refused and returned to you. Please do not call for approval as all requests must be received in writing, by fax or by email. Be sure to specify the original OnlyTOYS invoice/order number, your name, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for the request. Orders placed online are filled in a First Come - First Served basis and therefore they take precedent over phone inquiries.
