What
are my Payment options?
OnlyTOYS uses a Verisign-approved WebSTAR Secure Server. If
you incur any credit card loss while using this secure
server, we will reimburse you, up to the $50 your credit
card company may charge you for the fraud. We accept
MasterCARD, VISA, American Express,
Discover (Novus), Check by Phone and Money
Orders as valid methods of payment. You may choose to
call us with your credit card or a check instead of using
our online server, but you must complete and approve your
order online using the PHONE IN CARD option as a
method of payment.
What
are my shipping options?
At OnlyTOYS, we realize that a big concern for customers is
the speed and affordability of shipping. We also recognize
that holidays and birthdays are mission-critical, can't-miss
deadlines. For that reason, OnlyToys offers several
different levels of service
for shipments to addresses within the continental United
States. We hope this broad selection of available types of
transport methods helps you choose the service that's right
for your needs. Orders usually ship within 48 hours of
initial receipt, although sometimes delays do occur
(usually up to 8 working days), especially during the
Holiday season. OnlyTOYS
will be CLOSED for shipments from the evening of 12/23/2009
until 1/05/2010. We sincerely hope your package was not
delayed in its timely arrival, but if so, please accept our
sincerest apologies as we did our best and we've been let
down by the carrier or affected by unusual and adverse
weather. If you have a problem with your shipment or
product, our offices will reopen on January 5th, 2010. While
closed, the offices will not be manned and no return phone
calls will be made as we are all away, trying to have a few
days with our families after working to make your Holiday
better. Also, most of our resources are closed for the week
after Christmas for warranty or replacement assistance. Try
them again on January 5th,
2010.
We consider orders valid for a thirty day shipping period
without further notification to the customer. If a delivery
is time-critical in nature, please advise us so when you are

How
can I get FREE SHIPPING?
For a limited time, OnlyTOYS offers Free Shipping on
at-once, in-stock orders exceeding $99 shipped by UPS Ground
to addresses within the Continental U.S. Additionally, we
will apply a credit (back office) to orders in excess of $99
shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico equal to shipping
by UPS Ground to the coast closest to the destination. This
same shipping credit will be applied to our military
families serving our country in remote locations where we
must ship by USPS/Military Priority Mail to an APO/FPO. Our
shopping cart adds the total value of an order for purposes
of freight calculations, but the order must include at least
$99 of in-stock merchandise to qualify for
this freight deduction. Back-Orders will be shipped as they
arrive and appropriate freight for these items will be
charged as noted below. Back orders do NOT qualify for free
freight unless they too meet the $99 threshold. On orders
where shipping is FREE, we reserve the right to ship via
UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion,
and we may combine packages. Additionally, Free Shipping
packages may be reboxed, items placed inside other boxes, or
otherwise manipulated to save on shipping expense, although
we will include all packing materials, instructions and the
original boxes. See other restrictions and notations below,
including exemptions for certain oversize shipments and
International orders.
Need
expedited shipping?
OnlyTOYS can sometimes ship instock merchandise within hours
of your placing an online order. We normally process orders
on a "first in, first out" basis, but if you need to meet a
deadline on instock goods, we'll try to help! A $10
special handling charge may be added to your order for such
special requests. If, as part of the ordering process,
you simply select faster than ground shipping, no handling
charge will be added. Your order will be pulled in normal
sequence and shipped per your instructions as promptly as is
possible. Use the notes to staff section of our order
process to request this service, or call after completing
your order. This service is not available during the
Holiday season rush period from November 15 to December
25.
Pre-Ordering
FUTURE DELIVERY merchandise.
OnlyTOYS makes every effort to inform you of new products
and the manufacturer's expected delivery date. Most
thumbnails and style details show what we believe is the
current stock status of the styles. Status indicators
include "In Stock", "Out-of-Stock", "Retiring", "Retired",
and "PreOrder" or "Pre-Wish". Order notifications may not
indicate the delay in shipping Future Merchandise, but the
cost of that merchandise will not be counted
toward your $99 UPS ground FREE shipping totals. However, it
does qualify you to receive priority order fulfillment when
the new goods arrive. We do encourage you to place orders
for merchandise not yet released. Your credit card is NOT
CHARGED until we actually ship your merchandise, but a
Pre-Order reserves goods for you in our first shipment.

What
does our Merchandise STATUS field
mean?
OnlyTOYS makes every effort to inform you of the actual
stock status of our many products. (See above). The online
stock status notification is changed as our inventories
change. Out-of-Stock items are believed to be still
available from the manufacturer and we have probably placed
a reorder or fill-in order but do not yet have a restocking
date available. As we sell out of certain "Retiring"
items (hence becoming retired and no longer available), we
promptly change the stock status notification field, but
this is not a real-time update and availability may be
affected by prior customers' orders and quantities on hand.
Again, OnlyTOYS fulfills orders in the sequence of order
placement, so if you have an interest in a retiring item -
don't delay in placing an order - as stock is usually very
limited and all available quantities may already be gone.
You will be notified should an item be unavailable.
"RETIRED" merchandise is no longer available from
OnlyTOYS as the manufacturer has ceased production
(retiring) and all our inventories are fully depleted. This
is why there is no BUY NOW or ADD to CART button for
RETIRED items on our web site. These items usually
remain pictured as a service to those who may have suffered
a casualty loss (fire, theft, flood, etc., for insurance
purposes), collectors and brand fans. While no inventory
system is perfect, we rarely sell out of something before
our staff can change the online status. However, the
remaining stock may be unsaleable due to damage sustained in
our store or it maybe it simply can not be found. Please
accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience, but
as noted in our order confirmation, we do not guarantee
stock availability.
How
are Shipping Charges calculated?
OnlyTOYS tries to make shipping fair and affordable. Our
shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping, not
ordering, based on the method, size and weight of the items
you're ordering. After all, if you're buying a few Playmobil
Add-Ons or a small Muffy Bear, you shouldn't have to pay
$10.00 or more in shipping. Our system estimates freight
based on the method of delivery you select and the price of
the merchandise. While it is correct on better than 85% of
orders, occasionally it underestimates large or heavy orders
or overestimates smaller items. We will request your
reapproval for charges that exceed the original estimates
furnished by our automated system and confirming order
e-mail by more than $2.00. Although OnlyTOYS charges no
"handling fee", a $1.50 box/tape charge may be added to the
actual freight costs. UPS Ground shipments are automatically
insured for $100. Additional insurance is always recommended
for more expensive shipments, or for shipments made by other
means. This option is selected for you by default. OnlyTOYS
will not be responsible for damage occuring during
shipping, and we can not assist with claims if you chose
not to insurance your toys. If you return
goods
which received FREE SHIPPING, a restocking
or handling charge
will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in
sending the original shipment. If, in entering your
destination address, you make any addressing errors, we will
later charge whatever we must pay in correction fees to your
original charge card as a separate transaction. If your
designated receiver changes the delivery address and we
incur any additional fees, these too will be charged as a
separate transaction to the charge card you authorized for
the original order as we can ill afford to absorb these
charges generated as a result of your error in providing a
valid, deliverable address. See our Return

Applies only to in-stock items that are available to
ship immediately. Pre-ordered goods do not count toward free
shipping totals, unless you prefer to wait for the entire
shipment. If you wait, we do NOT hold your ordered items and
we may no longer have some of them available when the
Pre-Ordered items arrive. There may be additional
charges for oversize packages that are not
standard-size UPS. As noted, actual costs may be more or
less than the Base Charges noted above and shipping may be
delayed due to unusual circumstances or unanticipated stock
availability changes. Also,
please note that UPS, FedEX and DHL all have both remote
ZipCode and residential delivery surcharges in excess of
their base rates. As an example, UPS charges $1.85 for
residential delivery on top of the actual rate, and possibly
an additional $2.50 for what they deem as remote zip codes,
so conceivably charges for a remote, home delivery could be
$4.35 higher than if delivered to a business/commercial
address in a major metropolitan area. Consider this when
deciding on the location that you wish us to send your
shipment as we will pass any savings along to you as we
charge the order to your credit card.
Note:
Our normal business days are Monday - Friday and our hours
are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time, Holidays and emergencies
excepted. We do answer emails promptly, and usually much
more quickly than phone calls and voice mail messages. We
suggest you use email to ask questions. During the
holidays, response time may be somewhat slower as the number
of inquiries increase. Also, during any break in service
(12/22 to 1/5 and other occassional vacations), phone calls
are not reviewed and emails only periodically
answered.
What
about International
Orders?
Please
note that Actual Shipping Costs for International
Orders are calculated by our assembling your order as
placed and calculating freight based on size, weight,
destination and the varying methods of transport. Our system
calculates only a "guess-timate" of the shipping costs as
these costs are quite dependent on the number of items,
their size and weight, transit time and method, as well as
individual country restrictions. You will be contacted by
email for reapproval of your order and
selection of a method. Canadian customers may have to pay
the PST/GST on any packages you may import. This can range
from approx. 7% to as much as 16%. Additionally, there may
be brokerage fees added to shipments and these vary by
carrier. International customers may wish to contact
different carriers about their charges and fees prior to
placing an order as all fees, brokerage costs, duties,
taxes, VAT, or other charges are your responsibility. May we
suggest you review shipping cost estimates by using the US
Postal web site at http://ircalc.usps.gov
to preview options and some costs of shipping by various
methods. OnlyTOYS
does not normally make International shipments for Holiday
delivery between 11/12/2009 and 1/7/2010. Due to the
domestic order load, we have no way to process your order in
a timely manner and carriers no longer guarantee Holiday
delivery. If your order is not urgent, we do accept orders
for processing and they will be shipped as time becomes
available, or certainly beginning in January,
2010.
